Our aim is to provide you with an unsurpassed level of service, in order to do so we ask the following:
Pricing
Prices quoted are for works requested by the customer, any additional works will be a chargeable extra.
Basic stain removal is included in pricing, extensive urine or excrement contamination is a chargeable extra.
Advanced stain removal may also be chargeable, at the discretion of the operative.
Any additional charges will always be discussed and agreed upon before any additional works are undertaken.
Furniture Removal
We do not ask that rooms are completely empty prior to cleaning, as we understand this is not always possible. It would be very helpful if any smaller items can be moved and larger items such as sofas, and chairs can be moved at the discretion of the operative.
We do not move:
- Beds.
- TV units with TV’s and electrical items on.
- Units/cabinets containing breakables.
- Furniture that shows signs of damage or may incur damage as a result of being moved.
- Personal items such as phones, tablets, laptops, phone chargers, clothes and shoes on floors and furnishings, etc, must be removed prior to cleaning as they will not be moved by the operative.
Cancellations
We understand things happen in life and sometimes we need to rearrange things. All we ask is you let us know as soon as possible. This then gives us chance to arrange other bookings.
If you’d like to rearrange your booked appointment, that’s no problem and we’ll try our best to accommodate you at a time convenient for us both.
Any appointments rescheduled after this, however, will be only re-booked after receiving a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT, unless cancelled by ourselves.
